We are looking for an experienced Automotive Quality Engineer that is prepared to pioneer requirements for safety-critical software that uses artificial intelligence. The Automotive Quality Engineer will need to build in-house processes and test methodologies to exceed industry and customer-specific quality criteria. Responsibilities & Considerations Advance state-of-the-art quality and reliability specifications for automotive artificial intelligence software. Develop processes for in-house software development, verification, and validation that exceeds the requirements of automotive safety-critical systems. Create a quality-focused software release framework that makes automotive customers want to use DeepScale software. Travel (~10%) to work with automotive customer teams and to attend industry events. Important Qualifications

Experience with automotive quality and safety standards (ISO 26262, APQP, NCAP, FMEA, etc.). Experience working within quality organization of an automotive OEM or supplier, focusing on releasing software products to mass production. The ability to wear two hats: stringent automotive industry quality expert; and disruptive technology startup advocate. Experience building in-house systems from the ground up. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Nice-to-have Qualifications

Experience with artificial intelligence or deep learning. Experience with silicon suppliers. Experience interfacing directly with customers.
